Health & Well-Being Made Easy by Toby Payne reviews all the facets of our health. Using 12 pillars of health, the author breaks down what makes a happy healthy life. Each pillar is broken down into sections where each topic is explained, backed by evidence, and finished with helpful tips for the reader to implement what they’ve learned into their lives. This book covers a lot of information and the author does a good job taking the time to explain everything.

I found numerous positives in this book. It was organized well, thoroughly explained, and backed by sourced information. The author does a great job providing a structure with the 12 pillars, then using those building blocks to explain how they all work together. It provides a clear path for what can sometimes be a complicated and overwhelming topic. In each section, the author did a good job explaining the topic and showing how it’s important for a healthy life, and backed the information with science and evidence. The author also provides helpful tips after explaining each pillar. This made the book engaging and challenged readers to apply this information to their lives. I enjoyed reading this book, and have no issues with its execution.

I only found one negative in this book. As stated previously I have many positives and feel this book is well researched and well written. However, I found some errors throughout the book. Other than this issue, I found this book to be interesting and well-constructed.

My rating for Health & Well-Being Made Easy is 4 out of 5 stars. This book was enjoyable to read, provided a lot of health information, and challenged the reader to apply the principles learned while reading. The author took a lot of time and care to produce a well-written book. I rate this book 4 stars instead of 5 stars because of the errors found in this book.

I recommend Health & Well-Being Made Easy to those looking to improve their health. This book covers a lot of information, 12 principles to be exact. So if you are looking to get a good overview of health and want some tips on how to start, this read is for you. However, this book does cover healthy sex and how it plays into your health. Because of this, this book may be sensitive for some readers. Overall, this book provides a wide variety of health information for those looking to improve.
