America, a nation built on the foundations of liberty, where there's room for every citizen to fully explore and subsequently express their creativity for the greater good, is on the brink of collapse. The Founding Fathers set aside their differences to achieve one common goal—freedom. Uniting despite their differences was how the goal of freedom was achieved. The author builds up a case against the government, the financial controllers, and citizens with high purchasing power, whom the author labels “lobbyists.” Instead of the common denominator, which was unity, these sets of people, according to the author, have caused division among the citizens of America using the power of the media.

In The Solution is Political Revolution, author Jillion R Rising seeks to raise awareness for those who do not already know, remind and rouse those who knew but are delusional or in denial, and encourage the entire citizenry to rise and take back their power. Who or what created the mess America is in? The end of the gold standard or the beginning of the fiat monetary system? Republicans or Democrats? The lobbyists or corporations? The financial pyramid or Wall Street? The system of government—capitalism or socialism? How can a political revolution clean up the mess in America? Has the government ever represented the American people, or will it ever represent them as it should? Will any good thing come out of imposing more taxes on the American citizens? How can the winning spirit of the average American be revived? Is the American academic curriculum helping matters? How can Americans unite and demand their collective rights? The questions are many. I suggest that you get a copy of this book to read the views of the author, and if possible, add yours, especially if you have contrary views—just like the author suggests in the book.

I had a revelatory time reading this book. I like the author's objectivity in presenting each of his cases. I must say that for the most part, I had chills down my spine. To mention one, the part where the author wrote about “the day before syndrome” is one of those times. The author did his research and based his points on this. Indeed, we don't need more money to overcome debts. Speaking from personal experience, all one needs is prudence for as long as it takes to be debt-free. I also like how the author differentiates between the regulatory jobs and jobs that produce prosperity and how he encourages the citizenry not to conform, but to arouse the creativity within them again. That, to him and me, is how to revive America and make her great again. I want to stop here before I start including spoilers in this review. Do well to get yourself a copy of this insightful book. You will discover more of the author's proposed solution to the challenges of Americans within its pages.

One thing I dislike about the book is that there are no chapter indicators. The conclusion for each chapter is the only mark of the end of a chapter and the beginning of another one. I spent more time because I had to recheck the last heading to confirm if I was in a new chapter before I got used to it.

I learned a lot from this book for my personal life and business. I like the message the author passed on to the coming generation through it. I can only hope that they read it. I rate the book 4 out of 5 stars. I removed a star because of the lack of chapter indicators.

I recommend this book to all Americans and anyone who is interested in the study of financial systems, though the author is right that not everyone agrees with his views. It can serve as study material in youth programs.
