Real Secrets of Life by Krishna Jagarnath is a book about finding the quality of life. It's like a manual how to live a happy life and how to achieve goals in life without negativity. There are many things we do wrong in life and there are other things we can do better. We do not always know the right way to achieve the things we want. What does it mean to be happy in life? How do people get sick? What are the most important aspects of life? Find all the answers to these questions in this wonderful book.
The writer starts the book with a vision on own experiences. The people he met who taught him things and how he lived his life before applying the things as written in this book. He describes the way he felt towards other people before and how he became a better person afterwards. He wants to teach us the things he knows to help us live a better life as well.
And he does a great job there! This book is certainly not like a manual how you must live your life, it's more like a guide to enhance your life. Real Secrets of Life is full of examples and facts. These facts are very interesting. There are all kinds of facts written in the book about sleep, food, behaviour and the way the human body works. All these facts help you understand things better and might make you want to change things in your own life.
What I really like about this book is that the book is not forcing you to change your life, but to give you a clear perspective on life and how you might change some things to achieve your goals in life. It might even answer some of the questions you've always had of life and help you understand things that happen to you.
What I disliked a little is the way the writer sometimes goes on and on about a topic and explaining with a little too many examples. This applies to me, but you might find it useful. This is only a small issue for me. Everybody wants to live their life the way they want, but we all long for a good life in a way. This book is useful for everybody. For both young and old. I do recommend this book to you all and I rate it with 4 out of 4 stars! The book is easy to read and offers great tips and advice without forcing you into anything. This is why I don't rate it less.
