The Real Secrets of Life is a non-fiction book written by Krishna Jagarnath, who is a resident of South Africa. It gives true secrets and tips on how to live a better, happier and fulfilled life. It advises on the values of life, spirituality, health, and gives a summary of the writer's life and the events that led to this book.

This is a life changing book that will guide the reader to view life in a different and better way. It is an eye opener and brings one back to a medium where one can appreciate the little, good things in life, after we have learnt and paid so much attention to the less important things. I love the teachings on humility and the fact that the book revolves not around religion but spirituality. The fact that religions teach on humility but look down upon other religions is pointed out and I think that is a very important point.

The teachings on health is one topic that I would urge everyone to read. I keep imagining how great it would be if I was to live a life free of sickness. It is easy to think that little illnesses such as the flu or intestinal gas, as uncomfortable as they are, are inevitable. The realization that these too I could live without was life changing to me. These health tips I will definitely follow.

What I liked most about the book is the format in which it is written. It is well arranged with the book's contents first listed out, and a summary after every chapter. This makes it much easier and more enjoyable to read. It also will be very easy for one to revisit any particular subject in the future.

What is there not to like about the book, I wonder. It will not harm to give it a read, whichever religion you are, whatever beliefs you uphold. There is definitely something for everyone to learn.

I feel like it would be well suited for people ages between 21 and 70 years old. Those younger than 21 may not be able to appreciate and enjoy the contents of the the book and those older than 70 may already be aware of these excellent guides.

I rate this book a 4 out of 4 stars. I found it very helpful and it came to me just when I needed it. Besides, it seems professionally edited with very few errors.

I'm glad you enjoyed the book. The emphasis on the broad concept of spirituality is intriguing and would render the book appealing to a wider range of readers. Thanks for the engaging review.

I want to know the real secrets of life, so, I definitely would read this book. Having read the review and the sample, I think this book is amazing!I will be continuing with reading it entirely because it talks about the attainment of internal peace, love, healthiness, purpose (and many more intrinsic topics). I liked how the author used quotes (such as: a house divided cannot stand) in the book chapters to support his views. I liked how the book did not attribute God to one specific religion - making it free from religious biases. Thanks for this interesting and honest review.
