Happiness is All We Want! is a book about finding true happiness that does not fade with the passing of time. It is about setting priorities early in life and putting mental and physical health before career and wealth. According to the author of the book, true happiness cannot be found in material things. True happiness is a feeling that can be found only within the self. The author talks about the importance of living within one’s means and avoiding the pursuit of unnecessary things that can put more stress on the body and mind.
The author explains how well-being is related to quietness. He speaks about the important role that meditation can play in the calmness of the mind. Meditation can help reduce stress and lead to inner peace. People should also spend more quality time with their family members and friends. Good relationships with others can bring more happiness and lead to a more meaningful life. The author in the book narrates stories of real people to explain how a given behavior or lifestyle affects a person's life. The book offers guidelines, Smart Well-being Capsules (SWC), and detailed steps to achieve mental and physical health.
Happiness is All We Want! is a book that focuses both on the journey and the destination. The journey involves all the means that should be used to reach the destination; whereas the destination is a healthy and happy life. People should give their bodies, minds, and souls all that they need to live a productive and good life. At the same time, people should be aware of the dangers of excessive behaviors or bad habits that can result in burnout or harm their bodies. Happiness is All We Want! offers advice on how to find balance in life.
Happiness is All We Want! teaches the person how to reduce expectations to lower disappointments. It emphasizes the major role of training the self to change life habits in a progressive manner. It highlights the importance of prayer for spiritual well-being. It shows the significance of good nutrition and of moderation in all things people do in life. The book encourages people to pursue what really matters to them to avoid disappointment later in life. It emphasizes the importance of principles in people’s live. It shows how the corruption of morals in the pursuit of wealth or other goals can result in more remorse than joy as well as harm to the self and others.
Happiness is All We Want! is a well-written and well-organized book. It’s an easy to read book. It gives valuable advice and contains a lot of wisdom as well as useful tips that can improve a person’s physical and mental health. I give Happiness is All We Want! 4 out of 4 stars. I recommend the book to people who are seeking more balance in their lives and who are interested in improving the quality of their lives.
