Most important things:
-medicine, bandages, medical stuff
-stable food
-ammunition, weapons
-fabric, clothing
After that, if I have room, hygiene products, books, anything that can be used for something needed (wire, string, etc.)
I make a lot of things around our home from other things. I'm a bit of a gypsy and live in a rural farming town on a mountain, so I can be quite creative!

Off the wall items, a tarp. I have found that in all my camping experiences and dystonia novels tarps come in handy for everything. Shelter, warmth, water collection, clean surface, etc.
