Sometimes, we must work at humble things to establish trust in order to move up. In the book, we see this trait in Abigail when she takes on small cases to build up on her confidence and gain the trust of the Council. At times, highly qualified people work in lowly positions before they get to their desired level. Humility is a lesson worth learning by all humans.

Yeah. Because learning is an on-going and never-stopping process :)

I would add that working from the bottom up is the best not only to gain trust and confidence but to also build proper values. This way the person will enjoy the work they did and feel proud of it.

Yes I strongly believe in starting small and scaling up but you have to be intentional about it if you want it to work properly.
