Everything is possible. Of course it depends from person to person, as we all incorporate our experience into reading. I personally don't think it is true, but it's not impossible either. The stories about it are sometimes far-fetched, but the question is what would be better to do if you experience it yourself - keep quiet or tell someone who will probably think you are talking nonsense.

I guess talking nonsense is better than not talking at all.

Yes, there are groups who do such things. I have read about them. They usually kill living beings to attain power and immortality.

Life is stranger than fiction. Thus, when we ask "Are these things happening" we just asking if we can imagine the unimaginable.

Good question...personally, I don't think so, but I would never say it's impossible. I certainly hope not. The world has enough problems as it is.

I believe supernatural things like this exist because I live in a place where the supernatural things are talked about daily. Not in the way the book potrays it though.

I doubt there are official demon hunters and the like. What I believe is that demons exist...as does the devil. They're mostly dealt with by those who encounter them, or by the church.

I truly think there's a group of people that control everything. In every country and worldwide. There are always things that can't come to public knowledge so it won't provoke massive reactions and there's someone controlling what comes and doesn't come to light. That's how the world works. The common human being doesn't have abilities to deal with the worst things in the world.

I think that a few people can have some supernatural experiences but I don't think that anyone can control them to this degree.

If there are demons and a group of people hunts them down then they must be doing a nice job since I haven't seen/heard anything demonic around. Many things may exist that we aren't aware of and I would be thrilled to know that vampires and/or demons exist. Would be a nice job hunting them and killing them in order to protect people and research them to see what we can gain from their abilities. Until I see it and confirm it myself, I will keep the "demon-hunter" job off my potential list of jobs.

Well said sir, I totally agree.

There are people who "exorcise" demons, or at least that's the way they sell it to the public in general. There are cults that "worship" demons, or at least that's what they believe they are doing. Unfortunately, both the concept of "supernatural demons" and "secret societies that deal with them" are very much left to the imagination, at least as far as the "exciting" part of it is concerned.

Makes me wonder too if there are groups or organization that really exists! When I was in highschool, I witnessed my schoolmate has been possessed but I don't know what they do with her. Suddenly inside classroom, she's shouting, crying and has black shade under her eyes. We never heard what happen next after class.

I cant comment whether something like 'The Council' exists or not but it would be super cool if they existed and if ever have the chance to get acquainted with them
