I find myself wanting to re-read children's books I read as a kid. I think it will be interesting to find out if I had misunderstood what I had read then or if being older offers a new perspective to the stories. I am currently re-reading The Wind in the Willows and totally enjoying it!

Yes. I like to try to keep updated. I also do it because of my niece. She is technical not blood related. She is blood related in my heart. My last reason for reading the kids books is to re-read the books I read as a child. ???

I'm still reading children books. :) It's fun to take a glance back in the past when these stories made our childhood years very meaningful. :)

I do read children's books because I want to keep up with the children's world. This will make it easier for me to interact with them.
