Hmmm..... I'd have to be convinced that I could always get back and that I'd stay safe. I'm not sure I'd be brave enough to intentionally grab that power cord and go.

Yes, I would use it!
I would travel A LOT especially to the places that I want to go to but can't afford right now.

Who wouldn't? I'd hit up Europe. I've not been and would love to see Italy, Greece, France, Spain, and Portugal to start. I'd then kick of with the UK and work my way north. Fun Fun. If this post is the idea for a new book concept, I think it would be an interesting twist if the traveler had to jump back to his original location before the laptop's battery ran out or else he would be stuck wherever he landed and be forced to get back by regular means.

This seems like an amazing power that I would most definitely use, to travel to the most remote (and expensive) locations. I imagine it would't be great for airline business though

Certainly I would travel around the world. Rather than reading about it, i would get to see it. I love exploring

I most definitely would. Who wouldn't want to go wherever they want within the matter of seconds! But I would first check if it has any negative impacts.

I dont see why I wouldn't want such a power. If I could go anywhere almost instantly ala World Wide Web, it sounds like a great boon. There's a lot of stories where this idea is shown, like Wreck it Ralph, Ready Player One, etc. I think part of the allure of these stories is the potential and different paths the characters can go with their abilities to travel digitally.

Travelling digitally is so amazing. I really like travelling. If I had that power I would.

I think it is a great idea to travel digitally. I would be able to go to various places without spending much time and money. I would definitely grab the opportunity if given the chance.

If I had Alex's power, I would absolutely use it. The internet is a vast place and it would be wonderful to discover that infinite space. Then maybe I could do some Robin Hood stunts and help people like Alex did. That would be super cool.

Quite literally everywhere. Where could I choose not to go, if it were that easy? Never need hotels, unless you wanted to stay in one. Which would probably mean the price for staying in one would be astronomical. Same with restaurants. That would definitely be the down side, but it would probably be worth it.
