Looks are what seem to matter most with Alex. That's the first thought he has when meeting new girls, how they look.

The problem with the love interests of Alex Fine seem like plot points more than people. The only reason for these women in the story is to be used as a way to punish Alex for the poor choices he makes. I still enjoy the books, but the women in Superhighway and Superhighway 2 are little more than paper dolls.

I think Alex himself doesn't know what he wants, so ascribing the 'perfect' girl to him is gonna take a determined person. Out of the girls chosen, I don't think any matches up to him as it is anyway,
