Totally! And they could use songs from The Jackson 5.

I'd have to say that the songs of Snow Patrol, The Script, Ed Sheeran, and Florence + The Machine are quite poetic. I'd like it if some of their songs would be inspired to be made into narratives.

I also love some of Michael Jackson's songs. I want them to be used in a novel or any kind of storytelling. I like his song "Heal the World" to be used in advocacy books or advocacy movies.

I must say Him, simply because I can see how each song could be used. Sadly, not as many people would get it, as with someone like Adele, but their fans are cultish in their fandom.

Some of Michael Jackson's songs can be used to send an advocacy video like taking care of the children, respecting women's rights, realizing the dream of the children, and many more.

Are you referring to HIM, the band with Ville Valo as the singer? Because if so I think there music could work with something like this too.

Also, good shout to people suggesting Michael Jackson, that would be very good, the book could be about a lot of different things!

I think any singer with a soulful voice would be suitable.

My choices would be Prince and especially Queen (Freddie Mercury). Also Elton John and Michael Jackson would be great.

I would like to see Nickelback used in a book like Adele was used. His music has always moved me.

Ed Sheeran would be an interesting one. So would Mumford and Sons.

Nick Drake would be awesome.
I agree that Ed Sheeran would be a great choice. He is one of the greatest lyricists of this generation of musicians imho. Sam Smith would be a great choice as well. I just wish he'd release another album; his first one was amazing.

I think Lucky Dube's songs will do well in something like this but I also like if someone writes a book using Hillsongs songs like this.
