I see that you meant this question for another story. Even so, I find it important to journal regularly. I write for myself and my sanity. I release emotions that might otherwise be overwhelming, by putting pen to paper.

I don’t keep one but I am thinking of starting. I’ve been told that is beneficial to organize your thoughts and appreciate your life experiences more. It would also help to write every day.

I used to keep a journal but it was hard to keep up with as the years have gone on, but I did start writing my own novels and in a way that is my journal. My deepest thoughts, dreams, ideas and opinions are all intertwined in my work and that makes them very personal and is probably why I've yet to publish one! :lol2:

Yes i do, but not to write everyday events it's like a motivation for because I write my goals, thoughts about life and dreams.

I'd like to, but at the end of the day I just don't feel like writing everything down. I'd rather just reflect in my head.

I keep a journal and I love it because it helps me remember some important events from the past.
