Ok, this one is tough. I love to discover food, places and adventure. Sometimes, I prepare what places to visit before going to my destination. If locals will recommend places to visit, I'll definitely give myself an extra time and go for it.

I think I'm also a mix. I always love going to famous architectural landmarks and I love going to museums. I don't think I'm a foodie since experimenting with food is not high on my list when I travel. Overall, I like to fully experience the places I go to, so yes I go to the places that are packed with tourists but I also like going to places less known so I can understand how the locals live.

Definitely adventure! I have only recently started traveling to other countries. I look for some of the most interesting places to see and to go on adventures that are unique to that country/ culture/ town.

I'm mixed: I love visiting museums, theaters, checking out the architecture and learning the area by walking it.

How I wish I could do all the activities recommended in the tourist flyers. But that would be really costly.

I had the wonderful chance to go on a budget trip to a few European cities but wasn't able to enjoy any of the cuisines. The sites were the priority. I could eat French cuisine in my country, but climbing the Eiffel and cruising the Seine can only happen in Paris. Too bad I wasn't able to see the Mona Lisa up close.

I'm a mixed tourist. For me, it depends on where I am going. If it's somewhere here in the States, then I like to find my way around, ask any friends what is popular there, etc. I usually already have ideas of what I want to do somewhere before I go. For example, when we drove to Texas this summer, I just had to stop at the two Tx Chainsaw Massacre houses!
If I were to go to a different country, though, I'd like to be an informed tourist and learn about the culture and some of the language before I went.

I would be a mix, but would probably lean the most toward the foodie.

I always try to read up on the country, so I know what to expect and what to try and see. I'm fascinated by the history and the different ways of living. I look at the houses and wonder what their lives are like. Architecture is a passion and museums if I am interested in the subject, otherwise they can be deathly dull. I am certainly not against a bit of adventure, although I draw the line at bungee jumping, but tracking lion spoor is fun, or camping out on the banks of a river and watching elephants pass on the dry bed (the loo was a room with a view, so I couldn't call anyone else to share the experience!). Being alone at night, keeping the fire going, just you and the bush and the night noises is a supreme experience (although the snoring from my mates was a bit disruptive!)

“If” I have the money to do it, I would sample all the things a country can offer to make memorable memories

I'd definitely be an adventure tourist. I really love museums and art galleries too. I guess I'd be a mix of all the different types of tourists. It makes for a fuller experience.

I think I am a mixture of them. I love to see new things, taste new things, have new experiences, among others. It is always a good feeling to venture into new places.

I am not very social in new situations and with new people, I always think people are judging me. So I would probably be the one dragging my family around doing all the stuff I can find with out to many people.

I'm a mix. Will go on adventure and food trips and museums that I've read in the book. I love to explore and experience just about everything.
