How does the author's journey with nature and foreign cultures help her to heal and move forward after experiencing trauma? How does the entire journey help her heal?

Time is the biggest healer of all wounds. Her travels take her mind off her problems which helps her heal slowly.

First of all, being with family helps, then sight seeing and experiencing nature also helps.

Her journey helped to see the bigger picture of life and that she isn’t defined by her past events she also got to meet new people and learn a lot from them.

The journey helped her to heal because not only did she travel around the world with her loved ones, but she also experienced or embarked on something she had always wanted to do, which is to travel and go on adventures.

Her story was inspiring and calming to read through. I haven't suffered a trauma but this book helped me to be stronger over my fears.
