I wouldn't change it. It perfectly captures the message of the story without going overboard and automatically centralizes Sarah as the main character. I'd choose to leave it as is unless Sarah's part of the story was removed.

The title is perfect for the book but if I had to suggest another title, then maybe, Diamond in the Rough.

I don't think there i a need for an alternative name. The name fits perfectly. I don't think there would be any name better than this.

May be Strong heart would be okay, but i see nothing wrong with the name of this book.
