I agree about the unnatural flow. The dialogue felt forced to me. There wasn’t a seamless progression to the story.MarisaRose wrote:I think my biggest issue with this book is the writing. The narrative doesn't flow well and just feels unnatural in places. Also - though the actual explicit scenes didn't bother me, they didn't always feel like they were meaningful to the story or progressed the plot. I think this book could have used some story editing.

It really did seem that way. The couple propositioned pretty much anyone that wasn’t a minor or related to one of them.Whitney Marchelle wrote:I can say it wasn't my favorite book overall.I give is a 2 out of 4 stars. There were a lot of sex that didn't make sense to me , kind of like just doing it because the people and the parts are there.

I don't like the sexual relationship scenes. They were not really relevant. I rate this book 3 out of 4 stars and I recommend others should read it too.

I rate this book 1 out of 4 stars. I least like the science fiction books and sexual content makes it more distasteful.

There is a warning in the “About the Book” section, but maybe the author should have brought more attention to it so more readers would have been aware.CaitlynLynch wrote:I think the problem most reviewers are having is that the sex scenes aren't hinted at in any way in the blurb or in the category of the book. Even a content warning in the beginning. This means that it might even be picked up by young teens who enjoy sci fi, which would be completely inappropriate.

My issue with the content is not that it was adult in nature, but that it did nothing to add to the plot. It was overwhelming and unrealistic, even for fiction.
