I just happen to bump into this book and I am very intrigued. i might give it a try even though it seems to me like it falls into the chick lit category.

From what I have read about this book, I could see a movie adaptation in the offing: mature hollywood movie stars probably?

You are correct, it probably does classify as chick lit, however I have had many male readers who have reported loving the book. Give it a try! ~Michelle Cummings

Many people report that they love the book because these sisters are a suprise let me check it out again.

Now that i have read the comments about it, i am thinking about trying to give this a shot.

It is incredible to learn to find out that people can actually be bonded to such an extent by the love for a particular hobby. It is indeed as I have also witnessed that your workmates and classmates can at times actually be your closest family as there is a strong bond that happens during the course of interaction.
I would love to also read this book soon.

I think your views over this book has encouraged me to go add it to my want to read shelves.

I love the idea of 'reel' and 'real' sisters. Books with strong female friendships are always intriguing. I would love to try this book!

I am not really into these kinds of themes but I will try and see if what the things I read about it is true.

Oh, no! Please not! Movie characters lack the thoughts and feelings that the book characters have.

hahahah. You are right Cenk, these adaptations always come up short and wanting. Well, I can dream can't I?

Worth giving a try on reading this book.
