It is common for individuals to oscillate between nostalgic reflections on the past and feelings of anxiety or excitement towards the future. However, I personally strive to live in the present moment. The past is in the past and cannot be changed; therefore, it is important to learn from it and move forward as effectively as possible. Ultimately, life can be seen as a continuous series of present moments, and it appears that true living occurs when one fully embraces and engages with the present rather than dwelling on the past or future.
