Yes, making a movie out of it would bring the book to life.

It could make a great movie, but it would have to be done right. The reincarnations could be very confusing and would be more difficult to portray on the screen.

Absolutely. That was one of my first thoughts about this book, that it would be a great and maybe even better movie. I agree with the commenter above that the settings would be visually fabulous. They could cut out most of the sex scenes to move the pace along lol.

Unfortunately, after reading Dan Brown's book, I found the movie a fiasco, but in this case, I think the movie may be even more successful than the book. Imagine passing from a magnificent de Medici Palace or Leonardo's studio to the Uffizi gallery and the bombing of Florence in WWII and then straight to Getty Museum in Los Angeles.
I second your thoughts. I did not like the Dan Brown books made into movies. But with proper direction, this book will have a great potential for a hit movie plot.

The plot seems to have all the capabilities to be formed into an awesome movie, so I totally agree with you.

I think this book would make a great movie. It has all the makings of a great story including adventure and romance. The characters and the plot are interesting and there are plenty of scenses that would transcend excellently to the big screen.

I would say yes to this. There are a lot of scenes in this book which will make for amazing movie scenes as well. But the story should not be modified in any way.

Even though the concept of the book was interesting, I don’t think I would watch this as a movie. There’s just too much descriptive sex scenes for my taste and I am not a fan of the reincarnation storyline.

I think this would be a very interesting book to adapt into a movie. With all the flashbacks and trances it could be quite cinematic.

Definitely yes, only if the sexual scenes are reduces to fair. But if nothing is adjusted I can't vote for it to be turned into a movie.

I hope this book will be adapted into a film because it meets all the qualities to be successful, just like the films adapted from Dan Brown's books. The quest narrative and treasure hunt are perfect for keeping the viewer in suspense, and with a successful casting for Angela and Alex, film lovers will surely love them and empathize with their story.

I say yes too. I think this book would make a marvelous movie. They could even use a real Da Vinci painting. It would be really cool.
