I think it was a gift because it helped her find the missing portrait.

I think it was a gift in that it lead to her meeting Alex and finding the painting, but it was also a curse in that she had no control over when or where she would have visions.

Her connection to her past lives was a curse. It was unhealthy and dangerous. She wasn't able to sleep and was always passing out at the worse times.

Ultimately I think Angela's connection to the past and her past selves is a gift. It enables her to have visions and abilities that no one else has. It also gave her the chance to find true love and not only that but a love that spanned decades and countries. Her gift has drawbacks of course but I see more of the positive than the negative.

They may instead view everything that happened to Angela as an adventure. Others may prefer a quiet, uneventful life. It's more about perspective than anything else.
I agree - I recently finished this book and I can see both sides. It can be seen as a curse or a gift all depending on the perspective of the reader. I really enjoyed the book

Yes, but she also meets the love of her life due to her visions. More than that, she realizes she can change her fate and she actually does it in the end. Besides, wouldn't you like to know who you were in your past lives?
I agree with the both of you. Her past life regressions led her through a lot of turbulence but she also made the best of it. This would be the same for anyone who is led through his/her past life, it would be really confusing and I can understand what Angela was going through.

Most definitely a curse. Her life was pretty good with her perfect career and health. After Alex came into her life, her life went into a turmoil- from career threats to sexual harassment at office.

It is both a gift and a curse! It is a gift because she can help the souls peacefully rest after. But, it is a curse at the same time because she has to suffer along with them throughout the book. She starts to lose who she actually is in her own time.

I didn’t care for this part of the storyline, but I would say it’s more of a curse. I wouldn’t want to know about the past or be able to feel the emotions and pain from the past.

I feel like it's a bit more of a curse than anything. It's really the thing that got her in trouble the most.

Both, but it felt more like a curse. The fact that she found the painting and fell in love with Alex makes me believe that fate guided their paths to meet. So in a way, it was a gift too, because, in the end, her connection to her past lives saved her and Alex.

I really think that her visions of Fioretta and Sophia are credibly portrayed in the novel. On that part I give the author an applaud for such creativity he pulled

I cannot clarify Angela's connection with her past as a curse because she found herself a wonderful man. And she even got to know that she has a gift that only needs to be acknowledged, this that was a gift🌱❤️

It was a curse, if she was normal with no connection, she won't have gotten into trouble and enjoyed the simple life she wanted to.

I think Angela connection to her past life was more like a blessing and curse to me. As a curse it was very traumatizing and confusing for her, but the curse brought Alex as a blessing.
