I agree with this post. In my review, I put that I was able to identify what was going to happen next early on. He was the typical bad guy type. It would have been more suspenseful if his intentions were more hidden in the beginning. I still thoroughly enjoyed the book though!

I think the author revealed Scordato's intent to early in the book. It would have been better if his intent was revealed in a later chapter. I also think the author could of wrote more about Scordato .

I didn’t think about that while I was reading, but I can see what you are saying. Yes that probably would have added more to the suspense. It also could have provided an extra layer of mystery.

I believe that the fact that Scordato was having her watched came out about the right time, but not the rest of his plans. I agree with many others who commented here that the reveal of the rest of his plans should have waited until much later in the book.
