What is grief, if not love persevering?
Grief is just love with no place to go.

I didn't start it yet, as I wanted to finish my current book. I will start it today and catch up.

@Gravy Where are you in the book?
I just finished chapter four. Simon is back, despicable as ever!!
Spoiler:
Simon is married to Toby's mother?? I didn't expect that. I wonder why he came back and what does he plan.

Sounds like I'm fairly close to where you are. I actually stopped right after that, in the middle of a chapter (I hate doing that!).
Anyway, I love the twists that just keep happening. Toby is not a very reliable narrator (through no fault of her own) and it makes for some fun/interesting reveals!

Indeed! I like the throw balls the author keeps throwing at us.

Poor Luigaed. (And I still can't believe Toby brought her back from the dead!)
Simon is certainly an interesting character.
Toby is just on her way to Tybalt.
I love hitting that part of the book where it just flies. I'll probably get some more read in a bit.

Snow white indeed!
We reached the point where it becomes even more interesting. I will also continue reading later.

Do you have any theories taking root?
(Also, I figure I'll probably just jump into the next book. Hopefully prevent being behind again.)

About what?
McGuire certainly dropped many bombshells in this book. I didn't like the way Sylvester changed for the worst, and Luna is definitely off her rocket! I used to like them. And Simon is suddenly the good guy??
I wonder who Amandine's patents are. I was surprised to learn that Toby has a half-sister. We will probably hear about her in the next books.
I will start the new book tomorrow.

There's just a LOT of fan theories. I have a few, can't share them yet.gali wrote: ↑19 Feb 2022, 09:50About what?

Also, counting the next book (out in September), we are officially half-way through the series now!

I know of one person who knew about Evening before this book.
(Basically, this whole series is one big puzzle, and I love it!)
