I like the story because it deals with the responses of society to changes in science. By opening our minds to all possible changes, we are forced to examine the validity of our own beliefs. Science fiction and action thriller is a great combination. I rate it 4 out of 4 stars.

I enjoyed this book quite a bit. It did lack in character depth and the plot was fairly simple. I thought it was a solid work of sci-fi but not a masterpiece. My favorite element was the the future equipment and weapons.

I'm honestly on the fence about this one. I don't like dystopian novels that much and this seems cut from the same cloth. It seems a bit predictable to me.

I also love dystopian novels. Would you say the book was more sci-fi or more action? I love sci-fi, but I am not huge on action and I am trying to decide if I want to read this one.

"World, Inc.", is a very practical and informative book. It is clear that the author has done a lot of research before writing this book. Watching the plot unravel is very interesting, and I like how this book takes us for a peek of our future. The theories of economy and environment are a little bit idealistic, but overall, this book is very engaging and good book.

At first I didn't like the way that those were incorporated into the book, but by the end of a chapter of them I understood why they were there; mainly being that there is not currently a prequel (which I would love to read) about how the world became how it did. While the world that was created in the book was not entirely unique, it was a different take on what the future holds for us if we continue on the path we are on with allowing corporations to shape the way society is. The weapons and armour were not inventive, but were put to a good use where most stories they are just there to have them there.

Dystopian novels are usually very outlandish but this one gives a scenario that might actually come true in the future. I would definitely give this a try.

I like books like this one. It could possibly show the consequences of choices we all make today. Anything that would encourage a person do some research and think a little deeper about the outcome of what we choose is an absolute positive. Looking forward to the read.

This is one hell of a novel. I loved the plot, the buildup to the climax and absolutely enjoyed its ending. It is a novel that everyone should get and read. Great stuff.
