I gave this a 3 out of 4 stars in my review because of typos I found throughout. That was the only flaw in the entire book for me. I enjoyed the characters and the plot thoroughly. I would recommend this to others as the author is a good writer and the book kept my attention. It is full of twists and turns as the world has been turned upside down by what seemed to be a good idea by giving corporations the ability to run things versus an elected government. The author did not leave one stone unturned when it came to every institution from family to politics and consumerism. I did not find anything about the book I did not like, and those punctuation errors are an easy fix.

Overall I would rate it a 3 out of 4 stars. The characters were interesting and broke the mold a bit, the plot was fast-paced and grew steadily. Great book!

I like feeling the suspense of what happens next and not what I expected. The element of surprise keeps me guessing.

Needless to say, World, Incorporated: A Modern Dystopia by Tom Gariffo reminds me of two additional, fictional tales I like where everything is very bad; the Left Behind book series by authors Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, dealing with Christian dispensationalist end times: the pretribulation, premillennial, Christian eschatological interpretation of the Biblical apocalypse. In addition to the amazing film series, Jason Bourne created by author Robert Ludlum. I too like the crafty airship named Chrome Wind and every part of its cool features, including but not limited to Franklin, the smart, often humorous, electronic computer board.

I don't like the long, drawn-out chapters regarding the historical lessons. Although, a significant part of the plot, the lessons between some of the chapters seemed to take away from the storyline. I feel the author should have selected a different approach.

In spite of my dislikes, I highly recommend this book to science fiction fans near and far. In addition to those who wonder what could become of the United States of America and the world-at-large.
And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. (Revelation 20:12 (NKJV) :reading-7:

The World Incorporated was a super interesting read for me, as I enjoy futuristic books. It could be preparing us for the reality of the future of humanity. Silver was my favourite aspect of this book, Silver was a strong and well-developed character. The action scenes were also very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this book for lovers of action and futuristic novels.

I'd give it a solid 3 out 4. The concept and overall structure of the book was wonderful, it just didn't have a feel of a dystopia that it was marketed as, unless you count the transition between regular governments as we know it to the futuristic corporation system. I would mostly recommend this to people interested in political change and possibly those interested in action. I don't think people who solely enjoy action would be as interested, however, due to a lot of the world building of how society got to where it was in the book. I did enjoy a lot of that backstory, along with Agent Sliver's character development.

I think it was an awesome and interesting read. I was amazed by how Tom Gariffo imagined a futuristic world that could be indeed a possibility. I liked that Agent Sliver is a flawed and complex character. I loved the banter between him and Franklin. I only wish Kelly had not died, but maybe her death was necessary for Agent Sliver to wake up from the way he was living his life. I rated the book 4 out of 4 stars and would certainly recommend it to fans of science fiction, thriller, and dystopian novels.

The characters are properly built. However, reviewing newspaper for a history could be improved. I suggest the use of flashback. That brings a reader into the story.
I give the book four stars.

I have not read the book but I did read the free sample pages. What I liked about it is the level of imagination of the author, especially in terms of technology. It was intriguing reading it. The aircraft onboard computer was awesome. I would rate the book 4 out of 4 stars.

This is true. The nature of the futuristic world was astounding. The perfect rating is well deserved.
