I thinks the similarities are there but Jason Bourn is a lot more complex a character.

There seem to be similarities but not quite the same.

There some similarities to Jason Bourne. The action and the secret agent part. There also a ton of differences.

I didn't see the resemblance until you said this. However, now I definitely do. A secret agent that is unidentifiable and has undergone experiments to make him that way is definitely similar to Jason Bourne.
