My favorite scene was the battle at the end of the book. Definitely had the most action and the way Catrin blocks an arrow to save one of the characters was the perfect way to end this third of the story.

It was ruined for me by the forced scene where he ends up in bed with Catrin. No one wants to be that close to a virtual stranger who is covered in their own vomit...
Yes! Exactly! That was my favorite scene too, and I would have liked to see that scene drawn out longer with Marcellus staggering around like a drunk fool, trying to compete in different activities with the Celtic men. I agree that the scene with Catrin seems forced.

My favorite scene is the one where Catrin fully realizes her potential with the raven . I wish that scene was longer and could have been utilized much better.

I loved that scene where Catrin enters the raven's mind. That was very magical and loved the detail in which it is described.

There are a lot of great scenes in the book. My favorites are when it is revealed what happened between Catrin and Marrock in the forest, when Mor tells Catrin she is pregnant and then later when her arranged marriage dissolves, and the scene at the Wall of Life.
There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the poorest take
Without oppress of toll;
How frugal is the chariot
That bears a human soul!

I don't have a favorite scene, but I had to pick one, I'd chose when Catrin goes against her parents to save Marcellus at the beginning.

My favorite was also when Catrin first discovered her powers with the raven.

My favorite scene was in chapter 5: Spirit Warrior, when Agrona sacrifices the ram for a sign from Apollo. During the sacrifice, Catrin was in a dream-like trance because she saw different colors of light surrounding people, and she danced around in a whimsical way. During her dance, Catrin felt Marcellus's touch on her waist as she danced in circles around him. They had their first magical moment together.

My favourite scene was when the author described the romance between the two love birds; Catrin and Marcellus.

I like the political aspects of the book. I don't have a favorite scene per se. But I liked certain aspects. Although, unfortunately, I did not like the sex scenes. Not my cup of tea.

My favorite scene is when the author introduces Cynwrig for the first time. She describes him as a skilled axe man and celebrated warrior who used to not shy away from battle. But after he met his wife, he became a farmer and started picking wildflowers for her every morning before breakfast. I thought this scene was pretty cute and unexpected.
