I've read an opinion totally opposite of this. I guess to each their own.

Same here!TALIA ONYANGO wrote: ↑04 Sep 2018, 00:32 My favourite scene was when Catrin's brother shapeshifts into a wolf.
Having read some spoilers I expected it though.

Same here. Especially from their first crush on each other at first. Their thoughts about each other made laugh.

This was one of my favorites, too. The imagery of it actually had me laughing out loud--just thinking about this fish out of water Roman getting drunk and being challenged by a bunch of Celtic warriors. I think it was the most humorous scene of the book.

This would also be my favorite scene although I don't think it was anything special. I think the love scenes were the better written ones.CommMayo wrote: ↑01 Sep 2018, 11:36 I really liked the scene near the beginning of the book when Marcellus gets left with the Celtic warriors. I love how he gets drunk and starts competing with them. It was ruined for me by the forced scene where he ends up in bed with Catrin.
