it is practical to an extent because people vary in their mental capabilities. although the author used his experience all to simply explains the methods for growth, self motivation and change, it is still up to the individual to make it work for his own experiences.

It is. As long as you put effort into it.

I think this book is practical to a larger extent. The steps highlighted in the book can easily be put into practice. The author emphasises on concentrating on one's strengths hence the book is full of positivity- a practical need for almost everyone in our lives

It's a very practical book. The methods given in the book really helped me a lot. I'm open to new to possibilities and less fearful.

Well, we all need a little help from time to time but I think it depends on the person guven the advice. Our predicaments might be the same but we are all different in every little ways so what might work for some may not work for me, so I think it still depends.

The inspirations that this book gives us can be applied in real life situation. I tend to believe we can be successful if we apply them in our everyday life.

I think it was practical advice. However, I don't think the book in itself has sufficient information for someone to stop making excuses and change their life. There needed to be more detail, like a set of action items one could take, and more real-world examples.

The advice given in this book is as practical as the reader wants it to be.

The book, unlike some other self help books, honestly offers practical solutions to our problems, although some ways it is a bit difficult, and the author also acknowledges that.

No advice given can be wholly disputed. There always exists an element that can be applied through the countless ways it can be interpreted. Perhaps certain issues won't be tackled in ways identical to the ones in the book, but readers can learn something and devise their own method of overcoming these everyday challenges.

I think that this is one of the more practical books on self-motivation that I have read. The author allows you to identify where you are in life and then gives a practical guide to going forward from there. His description on focus, and how one should apply it is particularly relevant and helpful.

Yes, the advice in this book is very practical and easy to follow. Rather than recite a long list of roadblocks to getting what you want, try silencing the "Yeah buts", and move forward.

I read this book a while ago, and I thought a lot of the advice was practical. Still, there were moments like where the author says that all you have to do to become as "successful" as a billionaire is to find out what they did and do it. These moments felt incredibly naive and privileged to me. The reality is that there are obstacles like discrimination that affect certain groups and not others and make it so that the affected group has to work harder to get to the same place as the other group. Those obstacles can be overcome, but acting like we all have equal opportunities and an even playing field is naive.

This book is definitely practical. It helps people overcome their comfort zones and become more confident, which is a major issue for many people these days. So, definitely practical.
