I think calling potential readers "overthinkers" than saying the book won't help them is a good way to turn them off, especially since I fall in that category sometimes. But then again I chose not to take that part too seriously and continued on. Maybe that was the point.

I think the target audience for this book is anyone who wants to change their lives for the better.

I felt the target audience was readers who appreciate self-development books, and who need extra motivation to get rid of their excuses and take action.

I think the target those open to change and are willing to do anything positive to be changed persons. Whoever find this book interesting this book is for you.

For me i think the targeted audience are people lost or have gone astray and would use some professional guidance and direction to achieve their goals.

I think it's a book for just about anyone who is interested in making thier lives better, irrespective of age, race, culture, background, e.t.c
