A good cover makes me always try a book. Either illustrations or pictures. It's an important part of a good book. We cannot judge a book by its cover. But for me. A good cover is a must.

The cover just evokes the emotion of anyone having got some inkling about what the movie "Scream" had been. And on this note, he will form his opinion about the book, basing from whatever he had thought of the precursor movie.

Probably a bit less, because horror is not really my thing. It seems somewhat at odds with the description of the novel, so while it's attention-getting, possibly a bit misleading?

I was intrigued by the cover and it made me want to read the book even though I am not usually into horror stories. It made me think of the Scream movies automatically. The cover definitely caught my attention and I can't say that it turned me off of the book.
Give me the courage to get through this week...or at least a big bar of chocolate :D

I think that it fits very well with the title and made being able to relate to that mask piqued my interest level in wanting to read the book a little more.

I really love the Scream franchise as well so seeing the Ghost Face on the cover definitely made me want to read it more. I haven't finished the whole book yet so I'm not sure how much it plays a part but I'm excited to find out!

Definitely more! The cover is what caught my attention, so I suppose the whole thing about "a picture says a thousand words" is true...LOL!

The "ghost face" cover made the book look boring to me. It was quite demoralizing especially for the fact that it appeared dull and unentertaining to my eye.

The cover is the only reason I would not read the book. Honestly, I am quite often choosing a book by its cover, and this cover tells me - the author (or the publisher) went for a cheap thrill solution. Putting an iconic mask, associated with horror movie franchise, is a turn-off for me.

For me, as a horror lover, this book would catch my eye in a bookstore so I totally support the choice of this cover.
I think we all judge books by their covers to some extent. If a cover doesn't interest me, I probably won't pick it up. But what I find "interesting" may be off-putting to others.

This cover totally caught my attention and I was expecting something more Scream related, which wasn't the case. Either way, the best way to sell is to get the item into the buyer's hands, and this cover certainly does that.

I am ashamed to admit that I do judge a book by its cover. Not all the time, but an interesting cover is definitely going to make me pick up the book and see what it is about.
I'm not into the Scream franchise at all, but Ghost Face did make me want to read the book.

The ghost face had me thinking it would be a horror novel so I didn't want to read the book. Until I read the description and realized it was a suspense novel and I read the sample and loved it.

The cover definitely helped hook me in from the start. I’m a massive horror nerd anyway, and although not all of the Scream franchise was of top quality, anything which appears to be horror themed is going to attract my attention. If i’d seen it on a shelf in a bookshop I would have picked it up to have a look at the blurb for sure!

To be honest the cover of the book scared me. I could easily relate the kind of the content in the book. I so much fear a ghost mask printed on the pictures. That's a total turn off for me.
