Maybe it would be the type of popcorn average blockbuster that the crowd goes for because its easily digested and checks all of their clichéd movie expectations. I don't mean to sound condescending or bitter.
True, it has a good storyline. A book and a movie storyline differ slightly thus necessary to adjust to fit accordingly.

The book has a rich content and can be incorporated into a movie. The kidnappings and investigations herein can be reduced into a fantastic thriller movie.

I love crime, thriller books and movies and would consider watching this if it becomes a movie but just by reading the synopsis, it reminds me with the movie Taken or 3 Days to Kill.

I think it'll definitely make a good movie. There are movies out there similar to it and the author executes this story very well. So, it'll work as a movie.

Yes. Definitely would be a good movie, hoping that if it happens the interesting parts will not be left out.

I'm not really sure. It's easy for the movie to be stereotyped, except it's a solid and unique adaptation.
