@"Annie0507", yes, it is possible. You can either search the shelves, or import your goodreads list. You can also add them via the book adder, located at the bottom of most pages on Bookshelves.

You can also set your reading goals on your user control panel :)

And I agree about picking books you wouldn't have normally considered. This place has a way of pushing one out of comfort zones, and I'm very happy to be pushed, prodded, and poked

Also, I just hit 21%!!!

Wow! So hard to guess...sometimes I read a couple of books a week and then maybe only one in a month according to what is going on at my house. I am lucky to have a part time job with a lot of down time that allows me to read more than I used too. Let's say 35 since it is already March.

My goal is 100... I used to be such an avid reader, but now I find myself easily distracted by other things. Does anyone else experience this?

Awesome!! Love reading challenges. I have one through good reads for this yr with a goal of 80 books. Last 8-) yr was my first year for a challenge. Of course went big with 100 books lol. It was quite an unexpected yr and was able to read 79 so for this yr with my goals of a new career change and a surgery I picked 80. Hope I make my goal this yr!!

Not sure if I'm replying corectly but yes. Depending on the stresses going on and events of life, I can't always get my reading to take me away for some wooosaaah time. Doesn't last for too long usually and then I'm right back to the norm!

Unfortunately yes :( I can't seem to sit still long enough anymore. My goal is a little more than last year because I want to overcome this!

Exactly! I find myself looking at my phone or TV or computer... Especially when I read online. I joined this site to help with it, actually! Motivation to talk about what I've read.

Exactly! I suppose it depends on the book I'm reading as well. Some things just don't hold my attention like when I was younger.

It definitely does help! I get really distracted with my phone too, I don't know why, books are usually way more interesting. :techie-studyinggray:

My reading goal is to read all the novels of Murakami in chronological order. I am now at number 4. Meanwhile I spice things up with other books as well, as one author alone can be tiresome at times.

I'm still not sure what goal to set for 2016. I think I might set a smaller goal

My reading goal for the year is at 85 books. I love to read so I don't think it will be hard at all for me.
