Bookish BINGO Time!

Post by Gravy »

We're trying a new type of reading challenge: Bookish BINGO!

If anyone is unfamiliar with BINGO, you need to mark off 5 squares to make a line (up and down, across, or corner to corner) to get a BINGO.

Oh fun! The book I’ve just finished kills 3 in a row already. So I suppose I’m winning :twisted2:

I have been trying to figure out how to get a copy of this, but so far no luck. Is there any way I can get a copy?

You should be able to download the image.
Otherwise, you could copy it down (which is probably what I'll do to keep track).

What a great idea!

Just to check does POC stand for Person of Colour?

If so I can tick a couple off straight away :)

I've cleared several (though no BINGOs yet).

A book authored by a POC
Unwind by Neal Shusterman

A book that was translated
The Weaver by Emmi Itäranta

The first volume of a graphic novel series
A reread of Lazarus: Family by Greg Rucka

A book by a foreign author
The Weaver by Emmi Itäranta (Finland)

I would have Bingo, if there was a book I am putting off. I need to put one off, then read it. Then Bam!

Actually, about 6 months ago I read a book I had been putting off for years! Too bad that doesn't count.
