Although it was very far from my own religion, the message of turning towards spirituality can change your life for good.

Just to open your mind. Religion limits by saying it knows what is true, but can anyone really claim to know what the absolute truth is? Everyone can find truth within themselves. We are all on different journeys.

The book teaches us that God loves us unconditionally since we are His children and that Jesus is the only path.

Never worry about the past, and don't get too anxious about the future. I also learned to pay attention to meditation, my peace of mind, and the things I eat.
