I wrote a review on this book, and I gave it a two out of four stars. I felt the author was telling you to become emotionless. You should only feel the good emotions: happiness, joy, love; But not the bad emotions: anxiety, anger, sadness. I don't see how this is helpful to anyone considering we are all human beings and up-and-down emotions are a part of that. Yes, we should learn to control our emotions in a way that we wouldn't act out in violence, whether it be towards yourself, others, or animals, but to be devoid of all emotion? No, thank you.

I would give the book a perfect score. I really enjoyed the humor infused in the writing and found the practical exercises provided by the author to be very helpful. The editing and proofreading were also impressive and added to the overall quality of the book. It was a truly inspiring read and I highly recommend it.

Thought provoking book on the subject of faith, with a touch of humour. I loved it, its a 4 out of 4 for me.
