I think the author definitely achieves his goal of helping people. At the very least, even if a person gained nothing else from this book, the knowledge of how to meditate, particularly without the usual constraints, is extremely important knowledge that could potentially be helpful not only during times of stress, but on a daily basis.

I think that the author achieved his goal in helping others. It is a very motivational book and aids the reader in meditating and focusing on becoming closer to Christ. I think it’s good for anyone looking for a way to ground themselves.

I believe the author inspired very many to become more mindful and start living in the present :) Assisting others is such a beautiful, altruistic intention.

He did a really good job explaining how to do away with stress. How to condition the mind and body which was really helpful.

I have often been curious about meditation but never tried it. Have you?

I didn't really agree with the prayer and it seemed too much like the 'Our Father' for my liking but it was a good attempt at achieving synchronicity with all the organs in the body.
