ARA Review by JRD Comics of In It Together

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

In It Together is about understanding the endless strength of love. Real, deliberate love.

The pages of this enlightening book dive into the ideas of inner love, self-discipline, and spiritual freedom, as they relate to one another and tie us all together as people. It explores the concept that all humans are not only connected, but we are in fact the same.

In It Together is composed of countless excerpts from famous and iconic historical figures, including Albert Einstein, Vincent Van Gogh, Socrates, Shakespeare, René Descartes, and countless others, as it blends their unique ideas and perspectives to serve the reader a beautiful mix of uplifting material that not only inspires one to be better and build fortitude, but also teaches you how to truly love.

The book uses a light-hearted and comedic voice to successfully combine spirituality, self-love, and philosophy with elements derived from various cultures, time periods, and different parts of the world.

Most importantly, this book teaches the reader what it is to be. As the end of the opening quote by Ram Daas states, "You don’t have to try; you don’t even have to listen. We just have to BE together.”

Upon finishing In It Together, I feel that it is undoubtedly the greatest philosophy book that I have ever had the pleasure of reading. I say this because In It Together isn’t a story that one will forget, but rather it is a journey that the reader embarks on, as they take the lessons within the pages and apply them to their daily life.

This book can teach the reader how to interpret the behaviors of others and how to forgive, acknowledge, and show love for any and all people, regardless of who they are, their past, or how they choose to live their unique lives.

Nearly every concept covered in this book is relatable. It will reveal what is already inside of you and open your eyes via life-changing perspectives on how to live, feel, treat others, and treat yourself.

This book will have you reflecting deeply on your own life, as you look back at the chapters that you’ve lived through, and then look forward through newly opened eyes. The philosophies and ways of understanding life presented in this book are pleasantly amicable, resounding, and applicable in daily life.

In It Together is a book that has the potential to help people become kinder, more understanding, and overall better humans! For this reason, as well as for being a highly enjoyable read, I give it 5 out of 5 stars.
