ARA Review by shelljack24 of Miranda Writes

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

Miranda Writes

The "Miranda Rights", a requirement in the Untied States that you were read your civil rights before being arrested. Questioning cannot proceed until you waive your rights, but you are still under arrest. These rights were meant to protect the individual as well as the arresting officer. Miranda Quinn is an attorney. She worked as a assistant to the state's attorney, until the Kane case damaged her reputation. Miranda had lost her key witness and the New London firm let her go.

Miranda has come across an opportunity to redeem herself and give herself and Becky(the key witness she lost 3 years ago) a fresh start. Miranda is a brillant attorney in the midst of launching her new talk show and her podcast. The Kane case reopened because of a recent attack in which he is the accuser. Miranda has to figure out a way to juggle her own personal life as well as her show/podcast, and give Becky a second chance at a new life.

The evidence Miranda comes across boggles her mind, more or less in shock of what she has been told. As the series of obstacles are thrown into Miranda path, she manages to stay focus in hopes good will come out of all of it. As Miranda says" the truth shall set me free."

I rated this book 5 out of 5 stars because I felt as if I was side by side with her through her journey. You know the story is great when you feel as if your transported into the book. Dedicated attorney gives herself and someone else a fresh start. Amazing.
