This book will genuinely provoke your critical thinking skills. As you read, have your highlighter and sticky notes ready. There are many quotes you will want to mark and read again and again.

I found so many precious gems I would like to refer back to. We all face problems we need to solve. So, put your thinking cap on and grab a copy. Many of us feel alone as we strive to thrive in a world that is difficult to navigate. The author, Eckhart Aurelius Hughes, examines the nature of the hindrances we all encounter.

He proposes that they unite us more than divide us. He does this without asking anyone to change any of their values. It doesn't matter what your political affiliation is or your religious denomination. He will show you that the struggles we have in common already exist.

Though Hughes discusses countless problems we face in the current state of our world, he doesn't leave us to solve them on our own. This non-fiction book includes genres such as personal development, motivational, and families and relationships.

It is filled with philosophical hypotheses and their proofs. Once he defines our universal struggles, he presents 11 strategies to improve your life. This book can bring you solace as you seek inner peace.

I recommend this book to all young adults and adults due to some of the topics and language being adult in nature.
