ARA Review by shivanshi rana of In It Together

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

Eckhart Aurelius Hughes examines the complex web of human connection and the hardships we all endure in "It Together: The Beautiful Struggle Uniting Us All." Hughes explores deep concepts of unity, but the book would benefit from a more thorough examination of how each person's experiences fit into this larger journey. The story has a tendency to generalise, therefore a more thorough examination of various viewpoints could improve the storytelling's depth.

In addition, the title suggests that the story would highlight the beauty found in adversity; nonetheless, the story occasionally tends towards idealisation, maybe squandering the chance to explore the nuanced and complicated facets of the human condition. Readers might have a stronger connection to the global challenges portrayed in the book if more diverse and real tales were included.

Hughes also uses a similar Aurelian philosophical approach, but at times it comes out as forced. A more equitable incorporation of philosophy into the story could perhaps guarantee accessibility for a wider readership. Even while the text is poetic, it occasionally veers into abstraction, which could cause readers to become less emotionally connected to the work..

"While "In It Together" is a noteworthy examination of common human struggles, it might be improved to provide a more effective and thought-provoking reading experience. These improvements could include adding varied views, refining the storytelling depth, and maintaining a balanced philosophical tone..
