ARA Review by janettehirst of In It Together

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

In It Together is a book that gently educates you on what is important in life and what isn't. It makes small changes to your life/outlook seem simple to do and to believe that those changes will make a huge difference in your life.

I have already implemented changes to my life, to how I look at things, and how I can distance myself from issues that would have impacted negatively on my life previously. I am already feeling the benefits of those small changes and that is making it easy for me to continue on my new more positive path.

I feel more positive, relaxed, and less anxious about issues that do not directly affect me. I can now try to ignore issues that would have impacted negatively on my day/life previously and have found it empowering. When a negative thought comes into my head, I find it easy to ignore it and continue on my new positive path.

The more people that read this book, the less stress they will feel and therefore the less negativity they will project onto others. This book should be recommended by doctors from all around the world as it would lower people's stress levels which would therefore impact positively on their mental health and general health. If more people were relaxed, their actions and outlook would be more positive, which would be beneficial to the surrounding community.

I have recommended this book to my friends as I can see that reading it would benefit them also. It is well-written and easy to read. It makes you think about your life, what parts are positive and which are not. It doesn't make a difference whether you are old or young, male or female, rich or poor; reading this book would be helpful to all people. I give this book a 5 out of 5 rating.
