ARA Review by Mufasa kibe of The Internet President: None of the Above

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

"The Internet President: None of the Above" is a thought-provoking political satire novel by P.G. Sundling that explores the intersection of technology, democracy, and power. The book tells the story of Tom, a disenchanted voter who decides to run for president as a write-in candidate, using the internet as his primary campaign platform.

The novel is a timely commentary on the state of American politics and the role of technology in shaping the public discourse. Through Tom's character, Sundling raises important questions about the value of authenticity and honesty in politics, the influence of corporate interests in the electoral process, and the role of social media in shaping public opinion.

One of the strengths of the book is its satirical tone, which is both humorous and biting in its critique of the political system. Sundling uses a variety of devices, such as fake news articles and satirical Twitter accounts, to poke fun at the absurdities of modern political campaigns and the media circus that surrounds them. However, the book never loses sight of its underlying message, which is a call for greater accountability and transparency in politics.

Overall, "The Internet President: None of the Above" is a well-written and engaging novel that will appeal to readers who enjoy political satire and social commentary. While the book may be of particular interest to readers who follow American politics, its themes are universal and relevant to anyone concerned with the state of democracy in the digital age. Highly recommended. I rate this book at a 5 out 5
