ARA Review by Andreadenise644 of In It Together

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

This book is a must read for those seeking inner peace. I give this book a 4 out of 5 because its not my typical philosophy book that I would read but its still great! I even got family members to read this book, and they enjoyed it also.

I highly recommend this book! The author does not espouse that once you have discovered your true self, the day-in and day-out of your struggles will magically disappear. Quite the opposite, but you will have inner peace as you journey through life.

It shares my views on the world in general, and it provides some very good tips on how to achieve a peaceful mindset. It has an exceptionally in-depth look at 'self'. The delicate touch but hearty meaning inspires a truthful look within and gently guides you to find your truth. I loved this book because it shows a much more simple life that can be had, just by letting go.

The way the author speaks about our existence makes the reader feel uncomfortable, hopefully enough to leave their comfort zone. That is what life is about; pushing the limits, finding out more about yourself, and accepting your truth. This is the meaning of life.

As I read this book I connected to it by seeing myself, a lot of my thoughts, feelings, and opinions on the very same struggles I go through sometimes on a daily basis. I read about different views on how to let go of things and situations that mean absolutely nothing and do not define me as a person. I now have a new outlook and realization on how I personally can better myself.

I feel that everyone would benefit from reading this book and maybe they can take away new ways to deal with their struggles in life. I see things differently than I had before. The way Eckhart has written this invigorating story puts a unique twist on things with a new vision on how to conquer things that I often struggle with in my day to day. He lets it be known that it's ok to just let things be as they are.
