ARA Review by Debaditya Singh of In It Together

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

In this self-help book, Hughes argues that we are all interconnected and that the only way to find true happiness and fulfillment is to love ourselves and others unconditionally. He uses a variety of personal stories, spiritual teachings, and scientific research to support his thesis.

The book is divided into three parts. In the first part, Hughes discusses the nature of love and how it can help us to overcome our suffering. He argues that love is the only force that can truly unite us and that it is the key to our spiritual evolution.

In the second part, Hughes explores the concept of self-discipline and how it is essential for spiritual freedom. He argues that self-discipline is not about denying ourselves pleasure, but about learning to control our thoughts and emotions so that we can live in alignment with our values.

In the third part, Hughes provides practical advice on how to apply the principles of love and self-discipline to our everyday lives. He offers exercises and meditations that can help us to cultivate a more loving and compassionate attitude towards ourselves and others.

Overall, "In It Together" is a thought-provoking and inspiring book that offers a unique perspective on the path to happiness and fulfillment. Hughes' writing is clear and engaging, and he does a good job of weaving together personal stories, spiritual teachings, and scientific research. If you are looking for a book that can help you to connect with your inner self and find true peace, then I highly recommend this one.
