ARA Review by Kathy Smith 7 of Fireproof Happiness

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

The book that I have recently read, Fireproof Happiness: Extinguishing Anxiety and Igniting Hope, by Dr. Randy Ross, like the setup of the book easy to read and understand. It is a positive and easy read to follow along nothing too difficult to understand and use in your everyday life. Situations that are practical and useful to the average person and the corporate businessperson.

The book has many stories of well-known people, people who are unknown (friends and acquaintances), and personal accounts, he was in the military. To tell of he leads a happy no anxiety and low-stress life. He has steps and exercises on how you can also do this in your life and job. The stories are entertaining and encourage you to lead a productive and happy life.

One positive thing is how you can achieve happiness in a business with the hope of improving your position. One example is in fast-food employees or Walmart employees, there is always hope for a promotion or better position. With that hope they strive for the better position and do a better job and have hope for a better tomorrow. The book shows you how you can use it in your small business or management position.

One negative thing I didn’t like was the pandemic it was like a while ago. But he said it was like a “sci-fi flick,” if you remember a few years when you had to wait in line with a mask on. But it was nice to look back on what we went through and what we thought afterward. And it was not that long ago and not a real problem with the book's beginning. It was funny to think we were living in a science fiction film, and it did seem like that back then.
I gave this book 5 out of 5 stars for the perfect proofreading and editing. It’s thoughtfully put together and entertaining.
I would recommend this book Randy Ross wrote to companies who need positive people without stress and who need hope in their jobs. From anyone who worked in a low-level fast-food job to a high-level corporate job, they all are stressful, and all need a little hope and encouragement. From anyone in the low-level administration to the high-level manager they all have stress and need hope to be productive employees. And anyone who needs less stress in their day-to-day lives and a little more hope. Here is a great book on how to achieve it- Fireproof Happiness: Extinguishing Anxiety and Igniting Hope, by Dr. Randy Ross.
