ARA Review by Samanthadalba0425 of The Girl Who Cheated Death

The ARA Review Exchange is a system in which authors review other authors' books, generlaly in exchange for getting their own book reviews by other authors. However, the person who reviews a author's book is not the same person whose book that author reviewed. This way, author reviews do not influence each other, such as by an author being inclined to reward a good review by deliving one in return or deliver a negative review as revenge.

The Girl Who Cheated Death is such a thriller. The story is pretty well written. It keeps you wanting to read more to find out what will happen next. The way chapter one ended with "I wish I would have known this would be the last time..." , had me wanting to hurry on to chapter two to find out what happened.
I'm not into reading about being stoned or a teenager being stoned so that part as a minor detail definitely depends on the individual reader for their opinion of that part.

Chapter two was very descriptive with details of what happened at the party. It made me stop and think that sadly things like that happens frequently at teen parties but nobody ever says anything so they get away with it.

Chapter three had me angry at the accident. Not because of what happened but because I was trying to guess what was going to happen based on the earlier chapters. I honestly thought Alex was going to die at the party, or almost die because of the title. So it really threw me for a loop reading what happened. I don't want to give away all the details for people who haven't read the book yet.

I will just leave it at this. The story is very mind grabbing and makes you want to keep reading. It is a good story even though parts of it made me angry while reading. I will definitely suggest this book to others. I give this book a 4 out of 5 review.
