She constantly placed herself in unnecessarily dangerous situations by not think ing about her actions as a counterintelligence expert.Ferdinand_otieno wrote: ↑26 Jun 2019, 11:56True, she matured emotionally but was this the the same in her constant danger self-placed position?Lucas Kalinic wrote: ↑26 Jun 2019, 11:43 Cynthia was my best character. Do you mean flaws or personality conflicts?Lucas Kalinic wrote: ↑26 Jun 2019, 11:43 Cynthia was my best character. Albeit, she has her flaws, she matured as the book plot develops.
The characterization defers soo much from the qualifications and career path Cynthia chooses.

Sky Eastman had that creepy vibe from the start of the book and for me, trusting him never came into consideration.

Even though you didn't find many characters likable in this book, Glenn is an excellent selection for favourite character.

Cynthia as a character had many flaws, but she was central to the entire plot and I can understand why she would be the favourite character for anyone to choose.Lucas Kalinic wrote: ↑26 Jun 2019, 11:43 Cynthia was my best character. Albeit, she has her flaws, she matured as the book plot develops.

I liked Glenn too but as with other characters, I feel there could be some more development.ElizaBeth Adams wrote: ↑29 Jun 2019, 08:04 I liked Glenn the best. He cared about his sister, would pick on her like a real brother would, but still worked with her. He seemed the most realistic to me.

You an I, tonight!
You may forget the warmth he gave,
I will forget the light.
When you have done, pray tell me
That I my thoughts may dim;
Haste! lest while you're lagging.
I may remember him!
