Well, I wouldn't agree totally. I believe the author might have done some research before putting up this book

I have a problem with people adding to the bible because they tend to use their bias to portray stories. Nevertheless, saying it was too fictional would mean calling the bible stories fictional.

Too many additions can make the stories unreal. But the additions can also help people have a clearer understanding of the stories.
