There were many women in superior positions and the book had a lot of potential to portray them as strong. Unfortunately, due to lack of character development and personality, I found it difficult to connect to any woman or find them likeable.

I agree. This is one of the things I like the most about this book. There were so many strong, capable women who take care of business.

My favorite character was Sue-Rhee-Jin. I wish she wasn't on the wrong side. I kinda hoped she would switch sides, but oh well. I feel she was a strong female character, and maybe Abby and Susan too. We didn't really get to see Cynthia in action, and Kelly froze up quite a lot.

I really liked the leader of the enemy group. Yeah, I agree that there were powerful female characters in the book, but I don't think there were enough. Recently, I have read a few children's books and I found that there was equality between males and females, which I found a little surprising.

I agree with you! The author included many strong women in her book. It is actually one of the things I enjoyed most while reading!

I cant really say which of the female character was stronger than the other. All female character displayed an amazing amount of strength. They were all strong.

I love the female characters in this book. They do not wait for anyone to make things happen for them, they get up and do it themselves. They also do not let themselves be intimidated by men, they hold their own out in the field.

I do not think so. The author has created good female characters no doubt. But everyone acted dumb in one way or another. There was no substance to any female characters.

Personally, i think the author did not do very well portraying most of the women as strong characters. I only considered Cynthia, Kelly and Sooijn as strong female characters the rest were mostly not well developed.

Yeah, the book created strong characters but my strong female character is So-jun.

I always appreciate a book that represents strong minded and independent women. We need more role models!
